Growth and everyday learning

Working at Fabiani is great, we learn every and the relationship with my collegues is great because it is all about teamwork and giving our customers one on one service to make sure they get exactly what they are looking for and more. My job does not limit me, meaning even though I am not in management position I still manage to fulfil duties that are meant to be fulfilled by my seniors because we are all trained to be in charge incase of emergencies. The most challenging aspects of my job is knowing how to deal with customer complaints and making sure that the customer leaves happy even though they have brought a complaint, therefore the key thing is to always remain calm and never take it personal and always put yourself in the customer's so that you really understand their problem before you can start solving it.

Excellent learning curve

Its an awesome place to working in because of my colleagues are people who are of my age group, we relate in many ways thus we get along and business goes accordingly. Working hours can be long depending on the day of the week but its worth it as targets are given to us employees and we motivate each other to reach targets. I've learnt quite a lot especially from my manager because I'm new to the work industry. I've learnt how to deal with customers professionally, how to deal with disputes in the work place and being patient. I've gained lots of self confidence and become more social since I started working.

Excellent learning curve

My activeness is based on the amount of workload and reaching my deadlines on time. My plan is to grow with the company and be someone In the company. A good company to learn a lot about business

I love retail and i am seeking and believe i have learned enough to manage a store and more in the retail industry, brand management, quality assurance, good customer service and relationship management.

Excellent learning curve

It was an excellent opportunity to work their and get some sales consultanting skills. Now I am able to handle that kind of position and excel. My main focus was customer service, stock replenishment, garment care and stock take. We also worked with commession and driving to put KPI and sales targets.
