Its an excellence learning curve, mind building challenging

Working at F.R.I distribution has been a very good and challenging experience which has made me realise my full potential and worth. Sometimes the where days which shook me up but just because we worked as a team and understood each other, which is what I loved the most about working at F.R.I. it has fought me a lot mostly about team work how to set goals and separating my goals and the companies goals meaning that it has fought me how to set priorities.

Pros: Great opportunities for growth and promotion
Cons: Long working ours and hard work

Serious and professional environment, it is a must to reach your targets,

Serious and professional environment, it is a must to reach your targets or you'll get warnings, I've learnt to not pressure myself and that I can do anything it takes to win, I've only enjoyed the money and nothing else the work environment there is really intense which is why I'd like to move to a different company

Cons: Intense environment
