I have learnt how to be patient and deal with different kinds of attitudes and different characters

I'm usually having hard time at work dealing with new people everyday but it made me to learn more about people. I love my patients most of them are very sweet and they follow instructions. I have a good relationship with my co-workers because we understand each other we always sit down and talk if things are not going well. Eye disease I'm a professional in them I'm able to diagnose what kind of an aye disease a patient has.

Pros: the experience I have right If I never came here I would have been blank now I know what is right and wrong
Cons: we do not have long working hours we work from 8-4PM which like any other working centre

To deal with patients

Answering the phone Making booking Make payments Cash up or take the money Opening the files Lookong the files for patient Put the files back to cabinet Preparing the patient when they will go for surgery Gave them the review date Cleaning the surgery With my collegues we are like sisters I have learnt how to deal with patients,customes& clients The challenge is when the patients they are panicking with time,&When they dont come with their time or day of appointment

Pros: Receptionist /assistant
Cons: I can work under pressure,i'm willing to do anything when it comes my job, im a hard work i make sure that im doing my work
