Top range customer service experience

I am working with a team that understands that customers first code and who enjoys coming to work on their day off, simply because we have a good relationship going on. The working environment is busy and we interact with different people everyday. We manage the shop with a team of 3, without a manager. That is how loyal we are and how our superiors have faith and trust in us. I enjoy giving people opinions on the product we sell and doing day to day admin . The most challenging aspect of the job is to sell a product that customers don't need.

Being professional

I make sure that all my work is done so i dont have a lot of work to do.. my co-worker are like family. i respect them all the time.. I've learnt how to have time management. i enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. the most challenging part was people not doing their work then i would have to push for them
