My second adventure with Exxaro projects

I always enjoyed good relationship with senior management. The project was split in 3 sections of which the stockyard was my responsibility. The contractors and workers in my area always understood the requirements and it was never necessary to rub shoulders. The days was nice and easy going and I enjoyed respect from the workers

Pros: Very good relations with top management
Cons: Exxaro projects make use of labour brokers

Not what I expected

They have their own way of doing things, pedantic over things that are of small matter.i think I was underutilized and I could have contributed immensely. I feel that my career growth was stagnant

Pros: Flexible hours
Cons: Not much to learn
