Learnt an lot on the coal processing and magnetite recovery. Environment and process technology was a challenging project, new filter press plant was built and the commissioning was a challenge as most of the co-workers were new to the process.

develop and use our knowledge and ingenuity to achieve Exxaro’s vision, succeed together through a climate of respect and equality, speak the truth and are accountable for our actions. Most of all the performance culture is very high and the co-workers makes it more easy by blending with the ideas, activities and options brought forward.

Pros: Currently I've reached the roof top due to seized vacations
Cons: Its a 12 hours shift and used to it
