Plant maintenance

Every morning we have toolbox chart whereby we discuss safety before we go out on inspecting our plant and record any deviation spotted. Our plant stop twice a week where by we correct all de deviation spotted and the remaining work days we wait for breakdowns while doing fabrication in our workshop. I've been working for more than 5 years now and I believe is time I move to another company whereby I'll be exposed to a new production equipment because challenge is my ambitious

Best in leaning new thngs

Am out of work currently but worked with Exxaro for 5 full years as n operator Was working shifts n had only 8 days off per month so now ma reali for new challenges based on all work related to mining n operations..all in all am best in doing minding work.had my Years also working with secondary equipments n also had been doing lil bit of blushing around the mining pit...got promoted to driving a hail dump

Pros: Urgently looking for work
Cons: Suitable hours etc

I am enjoying my work

I am enjoying my work and loving being part of the employees that fulfilling the company's goals.i am learning new things every day and I enjoy the challenge and the experience.the only part that is never comfortable is when I have to recommend that the employee should be dismissed during the disciplinary hearings.

Pros: Great opportunity for career growth
Cons: I am working from 6am in the morning till 3pm from Monday till Thursday and Friday from 6am till 1h45pm.

Fault findind on electrical equipments and machinery.

Ii wasFault findind on electrical equipments and machinery. New installation of many times of electrical circuit and goo fault tracing on the old installation. Better testing skills using all trsting devices.

Preventative maintenance

Upgrading and modify system with new technology systems that are on the market and fault finding When with my team compile standard requirement to upgrade 22kv/11kv main substation at the mine where everyone was involve Quality and Commitment speaks for your ability and passion on the field of work When task is completed and all member involve understand the reason behind the task limit and share results Installing and commissioning first time system with uncertainty and turn all in order
