Opportunity

At the central reservation department we go through quite a lot of emails and not only that but weekly reports which need to be submitted. Lots of teamwork within the department to ensure that we attend to every request as there are More than 10 properties which we look after. Work is challenging however we learned a lot.

Pros: Great experience
Cons: No opportunity to grow
