Excellent learning curve

Get to work, coffee in the morning, get reports call clients and start capturing and also working with the telephone doing business information research on companies requiring credit with big companies.

The opportunity to learn and grow is offered depending on your position within the company

The company is very customer orientated and target driven. Internal support is always available to enhance your work functions. Online courses are readily made available for growth and development. Building internal relationship's and working independently is required. Within my role and various positions, I have learnt a great deal, with the support and coaching of team leaders and management. The most challenging aspect of my job is not meeting a customer's needs.

Cons: No incentive or overtime offered within my current role.
