Hardworker and work well under pressure.

Its a nice company to work for. We work flexie hours. Im multitask in call cente as well as admin. I,ve work in the call centre envrioment for over two years. On daily basic we have to reach our stats depending on the amount of workload as well as the call volume. You never get board as there's always something to do. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. We work as team as well as individual. I enjoy the working envieoment as we assist each other when we need assistance. I have learned that we should always strive to meet consumers needs, educate them on how keep a good credit records , assist them with enquries on daily basis. The most challenging aspect is to make sure that you excecute your daily target as per your job discription.

Pros: The company provide training and encourage us to be multitask.
Cons: We work flexie hours from 07:30 till 15:30 and 9:00-17:30

The tasks are different and challenging

I love working here because the environment is friendly, people have humor and make you part of the family. Work wise, its always different things, learning a lot and you get to use your technical side besides other skills. You wear different hat and do your best to help.

Pros: Love the environment and the people
Cons: I need change, im too comfortable here
