Learning Curve

At my company we have great culture and awesome people. My challenges becomes when you have limited support system from Top Management and you have quite a lot of employees needing support from you. We have great employees working however they lack accountability which results in Micro managing the processes. What I love about my job is that am able to calm an irate client and own up to the mistakes by fixing them. Most challenging is when you have to discipline an employee who is underperforming. Its when you have deadline and you are forced to work long hours so you can deliver the promises.

Pros: Opportunity for Growth especially with studies
Cons: Long working hours, unable to balance work with prviate life

Excellent lerning curve

Im currently working for Expeditors International as a Air imports warehouse co-ordinator. Please see my duties and responsibilities below. o Prepare products for shipment by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; resolving problems o Procure equipment, supplies and material for department for the purpose of maintaining availability of required items o Supervise other warehouse clerks o Delegate duties as necessary

Going to Vietnam to assist Microsoft manage their 30,000sqm

I have been with Expeditors for 8 years of which 5 Yeats I was a senior customer service for Distribution warehouse. I got promoted in May 2015 as Distribution Supervisor. I had no manager for almost 2 years but I was supervising 3 of Expeditors Warehouses. I love challenges as they pish my limits. Am a team player and am results drive on
