Excellent learning curve but need something more stable

In my industry I have learnt to be self sufficient and it motivates me and pushes me to do more and be consistent in my admiration. It taught me to be hard working and to work on my own but at the same time work with all types of people. I was fortunate enough to travel the world in this time but looking for a job that can take me to the next level and grow and excel my skills that I’ve obtained even more

Good company to build employment record

The company offers state of the art facilities and is very welcoming and warm. In my current job role I am a claims handler where I assist UK customers in logging claims by completing a claim form on the phone. Offers free gym and canteen with free coffee. You learn how to sign post and empathize with customer as well as deescalating i-rate customers. The company provides training in identifying customer personalities to tailor the conversation to the customers needs. Very customer centric company and offers loyalty rewards for tenure in the company by providing quarterly incentives.

Good

Great environment with 8 working hours a day. I have a great relation with my co-workers as we assist each other in every possible way regarding our work. I have learnt great values and work good work ethics as well as the importance of integrity. I have enjoyed interacting with customers and being around colleagues. The most challenging part of mu job is dealing with angry customers and having to calm them down over the chat.

Aight shift, dealing with back to back calls,and long night hours, the perks is that you get a lot of free time during the day, kind of like the reverse of a regular day job

Experience of dealing with United Kingdoms biggest insurer (Direct Line Group)

It was great being a pilot team for an international client trying to establish their companies service team in Africa, where I excelled and became the top agent within the organization during my tenure as I was awarded with certificates on a monthly basis (approximately 75% of the months I was there). I also became a second in charge of 3 teams at the same time.

Pros: Dealing with a major brand of the world economic capital
Cons: Working with different time zones
