Typical work day is dealing with inbound and outbound calls. Responding to customer's emails. Educating the customer. We are close. I am learning more about myself from a leadership point of view. The people. We have bad food, bullying from top management, lack of transpareny, minimal communication. No integrity (promises made not always forfilled unless you push). Lack of respect from a human angle. Do as you told and SUMO (sht up and move on) (actual thing used in the company). Compliancy issues as client privacy, which is important, but makes small issues/ duties difficult to complete e.g. printing

Logging motor claims, processing repairs, instructing hire cars & recovery of broken down vehicles.

The company presents a fast paced environment that encourages growth and development. There is a culture of helpfulness and always looks to place the center of everything the company does. A typical day in my role involves logging motor accident claims, processing repairs, instructing hire vehicles and the recovery of broken down vehicles

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Sporadic upper management miscommunication
