Its a dynamic company. The flat structure and mu ambition allowed me to be involved in various spheres in the organistaion. . Heading up one of the companies Operations is indeed the challenge but the highlight of my career

This company isn't worth a review

I had bad experiences with this company and would rather keep it to myself. I was a CNC Setter and helped my team set with any queries they had. No growth at this company. It robbed me from my time with my family, robbed me from my leave days during the festive period and still took my money. I worked overtime just to make the R10 000 mark, but still got robbed.

Pros: Learning new things
Cons: Robbing me with my overtime. Paying me R45 p.p as a qualified Tool, Jig & Die Maker

Excellent for learning

Good company to work for a person can learn alot. The environment is good. But hours can be very long and can work over the weekends which can make a person tired
