Good day. I know I might now be employed as a recruitment consultant, but I have my degree in HRM and have worked as a Jnr HR Officer, where I have had some exposure to IR. Hope to hear from you soon.

A typical day would be coming .

A typical day would be coming in at 7am, handling admin, continuing my research of either business or candidates. after company meetings and power hours we start calling at 9, take a break at 12 and continue calling closing till 4pm, depending on how busy things get, I usually leave work at 6pm. I enjoyed working with people, getting consistent training and learning valuable skills from those lessons. Learning how to talk the industry language is the best tool and really uplifts me when closing deals because of new skills used. The challenge on my job was working close 14hours a day, we were required to work an extra 2-3 hours at home, as research could get become strenuous if you not coming close to the right business or candidate

Cons: Long working conditions
