Got a chance to meet a variety of people
I possess extensive experience and knowledge of the corporate, Logistics, Warehouse and retail environment, coupled with PA skills and experiences to the over worked and too-young-to-retire partners and the senior management team, no day is the same with me, so being able to think on my feet and provide excellent communication is like breathing on a regular. I am positive-minded and believe in continuous learning and improvement. I also believe in getting out of my comfort zone and achieving the best in whatever I do. I'm a self motivated individual and willing to learn anytime. I do my best to be an asset to any company should you hire me, I am a result oriented person, fully dedicated to my work. What I love about my job is changing a chaotic situation into a orderly and smooth situation.). Team work is my best attribute; I do my utmost best to achieve the very best at all times. There is never a dull moment in my job and I am kept busy from the time I set foot in the office till "tjaila time".

Part-Time
Seeing as it's a part-time job it was ideal to work at the company whilst studying as it had short working hours (shifts were never longer than 7 hours) and as such didn't impede into my time I needed to study for exams or test. It wasn't a really challenging job but it did offer the opportunity to work with customers on a sales level, as well give me valuable interaction with co-workers. Seeing as I was the longest employed bookseller (i.e. not promoted, due to shift leader positions being unavailable) the other booksellers tended to look to me for assistance and leadership.
Pros: Short working hours
Cons: not many promotion opportunities

Good and adaptable enviroment
great team to work with and having great challenges all throw,i am self motivated person i can work with people and on my own.I receive and do returns all day long making sure the invoice balance with the stock that i am receiving.I even help out with merchandising of the stock when not busy.I like a lot when engaging with customers or dealing with difficult customers being able to sort out their queries makes me happy.

Helped me learn a lot of stuff
Good and friendly people working with, each individual is its own character. You deal with customers on a daily basis so there is normally few funny stories. Working in receiving you get to see all the new stuff coming in and going to the floor for selling, and as part of the retruns department you get to send old stock that did not sell back to publishers.

It is mazing place to learn and gain knowledge
Exclusive Books is very good place to work at, both customers and co workers are people who constantly love to learn new things through books and improve their respective intellectual, is very inspiring as such people tend to learn to reason their respective life toward life rather than reasoning with life which is to play victim. this are people who prefers to be responsible of their life. I meet new people everyday with different perspective of life opinion and experience, people with academic pursue and many already academic archived, people with different challenge of life. Basically we share knowledge together and inspire each other including books recommendation. I enjoyed reading books and meeting new people who where both better than me to teach two and three things of life and people who needed my advise or expertise. the challenge of working at Exclusive books is lack of opportunities to grow within the company, I worked as late shift stuff for period of four years

Opportunity to some courses
Some of the days,you may feel like time is dragging,as you may want to see yourself out of the building soon,because there are those people who like being bully.At times you enjoy being around,as the co-workers are handsome and very understanding and symphathetical.Truly speaking since I have arrived in this company,I have learned a lot of things from forklift driving to computer usage.The most thing I enjoyed,is when the company will borrow me a company vehicle to take home.Challenging thing about this job is when you have to meet a deadline for a certain thing,'cause they like living things for the last moment.

I run the returns department of all books . I must send out goods that is due for return and ensure that we get our credit . My relationship with my co-workers is very good. We work well together and assist each other where needed. It is here where I become accustomed to a very structured environment. Having to deal with all sort of people on a daily basis made me a to be a very attentive listener . My most challenging aspect is the deadlines of my daily task. It encourage me to do work at a fast paced , but accurately . I always meet the deadline at the end of the day. I love what I am currently doing , but feel I have so much to learn to see what my limits is . I know I am capable of doing so much more. I just need the right organization that are willing to me a chance to prove my capability. Thanks

Excelent learning curve
I am a very hard working person with a bubbly personality. I always strive to achieve and do my best at what i do. I work very well with my co-workers and get along very good. I have learnt so much working at Exclusive books eg meeting publishers, going to book launches and receing direct stock from publishers as well. What i enjoy most are my customers and reading a very good book. The most challenging aspect of the job is when i get a very difficult customer and trying my best to keep the customer happy.

Great Craft Beer Knowledge
Fine dining enthusiast with great knowledge and skills and experience on wines, cognac, aged brandy, aperitifs, digestives, mixed drinks, cocktails and Cuban cigars. I love the industry and enjoy the interaction with people. I hold my head up high and keep an open mind and like learning new things as I go. I also consider myself a professional in what I do.

Was a good learning experience for me but now I do need more of a challenge
Working at exclusive books was great because was able to learn skills such as customer services and how to be able to handle difficult customers without being rude. Also learnt administrative skills with being supervisor as we help the managers with a lot of paper work. I was also responsible for doing the stores banking and making sure everything was in order. What I enjoyed most was working with my coworkers and managers and customers because we would get to know different people.
