Gained a lot of experience with knowledge

A Typical work day would start at 7. The day will start by setting target that must be met by the end of the day to keep on track with the planned work. We will work till lunch time to assess whether the work is on schedule. If not we would work to clear the back log during lunch. The day must be well planned as the client leaves at 5 so you have to prioritize the work you require the clients input. There after the team will work till 6, I would remain to assist or train any short comings till 8 , and finish off and work load behind schedule for the day till 10. The environment is fast paced but you do gain a lot of diverse experience. There is a strong sense of team membership as if you don't work together it’s impossible to complete the tasks at hand. For me going from clerk to Manager/Partner I have come from a freshman with a degree to a fully fledged accountant advising clients and assisting them from a management and advisory role. I Most enjoyed the work from a financial management view.

Pros: Experiance on offer over many industries
Cons: Long hours extremely high paced

Partner at firm. Looking for 9am to 5pm (currently 6am to 11pm)

Working long hours. Partner is starting to get lazy and the work load has to be carried alone with limited personal. Relationship is deteriorating due to greedy decisions and unfettered desitions.

Pros: None.
Cons: Long work house, constant arguments and a rogue additude.
