Excellent experience learning curve

As a security officer I experienced a lot about working with different people,most of the time u have to make some difficult desitions/discipline.i have to be the face of the company that I am working for.be need and tidy even around my work place.im a fast learner and looking forward to learn more,I am a hard worker.

I started as just a site supervisor, now im also doing full admin

At first it was hard,now that Im used to my schedule of the day,I know the building its much better.my building has got 5 floors up n 5 parkings down.now I enjoy doing inspection without any help.

Pros: Now atleast im doing paperwork also for my subordinates
Cons: standing the while day

I have learnt a lot in finance reporting

No life balance since I have been working on this company . And knock off late everybody .when is time to go home the is always an extra work you must do

Great Company for growth

It's a great company to grow and learn although you work long hours and limited resources. The culture is not sustainable asthehours are long and the support is limited.
