there are a lot of challenges.

There is a lot of pressure, the environment is extremely stressful, however the bosses and certain people in the workplace are very helpful. The workload is extremely high, however it is manageable.There are a lot of challenges .

Pros: Great opportunity for exposure
Cons: Long working hours, the environment is very hard to adapt and work with.
