Merchandising , customer service, replenishment, admin and working at the tills is what we are doing everyday.And we work extra hours everyday, we work as a team and help each other .A have learnt to work as a team and understant the customer, and what I enjoyed is to work with customers.The most challenging thing is turnover.

Good learning curve

I would like to learn more currently I'm not learning anything I don't already know i feel I can grow more and would like to take in something more challenging other than that I enjoy my work of course u get the colleagues who would irritate you from time to time always getting there way but nothing you don't learn to deal with as a team we kick ass the best part of my job is coming together as a team making things work/happen and making our bosses proud showing them we are capable of doing anything together as a team typical work day would be coming in doing ur previous days banking the admin /filling and then making sure everything gets done that's meant to be done by end of business the most challenging part I would say is dealing with a difficult yet rude customer who had no way of speaking to another person you have got to keep ur cool and play it smooth

I am working at good company with good people and ive learn alot from this company I started as a flextimer to sales associate from there now am working as an assistant manager I got skill now I can do my job without being supervised

Excellent learning curve

We to gether as a group, we divided the work amongst us. Nobody is older than the other but we respect each other and we treat each other like brothers and sisters. I operate the teller which is something I have never done before and I enjoy it so much because I got to talk to customers face to face and solve their problems in their present. Sometimes I get difficult customers but i handle the situation very well because I had a good training.

Personal skill development

Exact is a good company,great pace for personal developmen. From being a sales assistant now I am able to run shift when manager is of around,dispatch stock,count stock,manage people,day to day store admin check,cellphone consultant and do store visual. My relationship with other employees is perfect we work as a team. The most challenging part is working everyday and only getting one day off after 8 days.

The salary

considering the industry Im at right now and the service I think the salary is fair enough but also considering the working hours and the fact that Im not staying at home the money is little, but the environment is good just that sometimes working with people without training it sometimes a problem but as a Professional u master that very well

Good experience

Working at a retail store it always comes with pressure but it also build up and improve your customer relationship skill. Lets you interact with customers and allows you to get to know more about different characters and how to approach different situatuions. Working as a team also mean have a good relationship and enjoy job sharing, at exact we worked together and made sure that we meet our customers expectations. For me it was also building my career as I studied credit management, gave me the opportunity to work with cash and credit transactions which is a plus for me. Exact gave me the experience I needed.

Excellent learning curve

the stuff is friendly and welcoming, great work ethics and moral is splendid. has great opportunities for promotion and is an excellent learning curve for youngsters who are just beginning their journey in the retail industry.

Exprience i gained at exact.

Since I've started working at exact i've learned a lot of things as i always deal with customers each and everyday i acquired knowledge of new things i can even work under pressure and I am a hardworker who can also work as a team. I am also responsible of filling store things each and everyday to keep it safe and not getting lost.

Cons: 108 hours per month
