I have learned a lot and gained experienxce on insurance as a whole.Why the need to have insurance

Santam is a nice Company to work for.Management do have time to listen to their employees input, there is transparency.Training is provided as well, team work and team spirit is key word.There is time for fun and time to work.Incentives as well provided for hard workers and promotion guaranteed.I have enjoyed every moment of it working for Santam.To be trusted by my Superiors, believing in me that i can work independently.And producing good results and going that extra mile

Willing to learn and explore

I have gained a lot of experience in the Insurance Industry.Why the need to insure.Working as a team and having that team spirit.Going the extra mile.The Company was non racial.Management style up to standard, there was transparency.Open door policy.Profit sharing.Incentives for hardworkers.Training provided.Happy hours...and the cultural events.Opportunities were there....no input of one was wrong or right.To be trusted by your Superiors that you can work Independently

Cons: it was up to an individual whether you want to work overtime

Training and more training

Good Company to work for.Always there for the employees.Management professional, and Always willing to assist if one does not .understand.Team work and team spirit.Working independantly and be trusted by your team members and management.Always ready to wake up in the morning to face your clients internally and external.Knowing that you will give it your best shot.

I am an open minded person.Willing to learn and and hard working.A team player, and can work independantly.Have a team spirit and go the extra mile.Know how to deal with difficult clients, can work under pressure.Working for Santam was a great pleasure and i gave gained a lot, experience wise.The knowledge of insurance as a whole, and working with different people and respect of ones culture.The Company was Always putting their employees at first or at heart.The Managers had an open door policy, transparency as well with how the Company is doing.Because we the employees run the show so on a monthly basis we were updated on emails whether we making profit or not.Incentives and growth was part of the game.We had Social events, i enjoyed every minute of it.Being trusted by my Managers and Branch Managers because of my hard work, and respecting my job.Not refusing to do the extra work given by them.

Pros: If you perform well you will get a bonus and increase
Cons: working on Saturdays or Stay aways

Achieved a lot about short term

Learned more about insurance, the legal way and the insuring part of it.Working with people have taught me to know a persons weakness and the attitude.How to deal with peoples attitude and controlling ones temper.Being the window of the Company, that your behavior towards the outside can build the company or destroy it.Going the extra mile by going all out and giving out your best as if it is your own company.Working hard without any one pushing you or telling you how to do your job.Having the team spirit, time for fun and time to work
