Excellent Learning Curve

- A typical work day is from 7am to 7pm. Dealing with clients demands for debt finance for their properties and having to motivate the acquisitions with credit. - Great Relationship with co-workers, although very stressful environment and thus no chance to socialise, just work. - I learnt how to structure debt finance deals for large corporates and Listed funds using normal and abnormal debt and capital instruments. -I enjoy the interaction with the client the most. - Time is the most challenging aspects of the job as inevitably there is more than one client who needs funds urgently and one has to learn to balance many applications at once.
