Duties daily

My inherent dexterity, organization skills and multitasking ability assist me perform my work duties effectively. I am highly skilled in accounts- both debtors and creditors on the system called Kerridge Commercial Systems. My duties include Invoicing, quotations, crediting of invoices, Allocation of payments for both creditors and debtors, monthly and daily statement run, Sales reports, Vat reports, Accounting audits, Monthly recons, Creditors and Debtors reports, opening of accounts, document entries(creditors), account maintenance, and all other accounts duties. I am also a sales assistant- telesales and cold calling. I have dispatch and receiving experience. I have Consulting experience. Personal Assistant experience and other Administrative experience

Pros: challenging
Cons: no promotions and room for growth also very long hours
