Cons: Long working hours.Bad Atmospheric conditions:- hot .Far away from town

I am currently employed by ferrometals as a contractor

Enjoy to share work with employees if we had to and if i may tackle the alone is always proper to discuss it with seniors ti avoid unnecessary errors.i have learnt lot of things during my work experience such as working together,isolations,permits and so forth to create a safe working environment and to produce quality at once.specialising in fabrication of projects i enjoy most.the challenging aspect is that when the job has to stop due to political issues such as salary strikes or services

Pros: opportunity to learn further i cab definately appreciate
Cons: working long hours is not a big because the jobs differs from one another and some once you start them you need to finish and consider the fatique hrs where required
