Basically ones role within the company is to drive sales, customer service and product knowledge and marketing. The relationship within company employees, is more of a family bond, rather than employer and employees relationship. Leadership skills, customer service, how to drive sales and customer service(strengthening customer relations), stock management and cash. Having to learn, new products and sharing that knowledge with old and new customers. Maintaining a healthy basket size, and pushing sales in order to make monthly Target.

Best Company to work with , the bosses are nice, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. No problem at all, I am sure you will be happy to work here, growth is there and learning new things every day
