Everite building products is my previous employee I enjoyed every moment working there and experience I have how to work as team independently and understanding one another I have gained so much

Great learning experience

There is great opportunities with various machines to learn. Very less opportunities to be promoted. Educational background not considered much. Culture fits those who are at the top.

Leaning new things when it comes to turning, i enoy doing my work

Working at this company can be challenging at time which is one of the good things i personally like about it, i get along very well with my co-workers, even at times i feel some things are done unfair due to me being a woman in engineering, never the less that doesn't keep me from going and loving my job, the environment is ok to work at and safe, i have gained experience in both fitting and turning and i discovered that i enjoy Turning more than fitting as it challenges me a lot.

Pros: Opportunity to prove myself and maybe get a promotion
Cons: Not being respected as a woman in engineering
