Good for starters

Started with no job experience and I've learned a lot about import documentation and how to deal with different clients queries. Then later I worked with vendors and I am very good at planning,so my focus now is planning deliveries and movement of containers to depots.

Pros: Growth is slowly
Cons: Flat structure base

Career quality.

I have learnt to negotiate rates with vendors, so potential vendors. Write recommendations, liaise with clients, manage time, meet deadlines and am still continuing to learn from others. The most challenging part of my job is meeting deadlines and keeping customers satisfied.

Pros: Never complain when given other things to do by manager. Always learning and do it to the best of my abilities.
Cons: Often presents a lot of pressure.

Good start

This company is good for the early stages of your career and in terms of growth its best to look else where. There is no clear guidelines of work procedures and most of their staff is old people who do not adapt well to change, with any industry changes it takes a while for the changes to be implemented.

Pros: Great entry into the industry
Cons: Lack of career growth
