ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTUREAND CONSTRUCTION

I have done electronics and electrical engineering, i attended at Samsung Electronics Academy to train on their hand held products for 2 years. We learned their system on how to book phones, how to do repairs and troubleshoot smartphones. i worked at Dion-wired under Samsung repair center as a help-desk technician as a walk-in repair center. I worked for Isupport4life and was placed at incredible connection for a walk-in repair center to repair laptops, all kinds of Smartphones and most electronics equipment/devices.

Pros: Doing sales, helpdesk and repairs
Cons: Retail hours

Great Company to work for but growth is limited

I manage the national field force and am responsible for maximizing sell out within the retail and call centre space throughout all networks and retailers. Work very closely with all colleagues as I believe that to produce excellent results you need to be provided with the relevant information to ensure smooth execution. Every job teaches you and you leave with something new and this job has humbled me due to facing many difficulties and rejection on inception it has thought me how to start from the bottom up and to grow and overcome challenges rather than stepping into something that has already been built and established.

Cons: No opportunity for growth

Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning curve, I capture orders. My relationship with co workers is good even though we might have disagreements here and there. I have learnt that customers and employees are the priority stakeholders that should be satisfied. what I enjoy most about my job is that it keeps me busy all day but the challenging part is sometimes it becomes too much.

Engages and enhances skills

Typical day would be to go to work , adapt to the environment and to be social at times but rather engaged mostly in the work given as hard work and friendliness is what it takes to be successful. So far during my time I have learnt to manage a business , time , workers and finance which is the fundemantels of a business . Making ur job a risk is what’s fun which really brings out the most and pushed you to be a better person and a more skilled worker . To be the best is what is fun . Challenges are rather there to increase difficulties , to ensue you as a worker know how to handle pressure and these things could include time and money which is one of the most challenging aspects.
