I am currently working for EventAVdirect as a branch manager and my duties include meeting stakeholders to discuss the business of the day for projects currently on hand, attend tender briefing and liaise with the team to compile a presentation for to bid for tender. Working the team during shows and organise the event from start to end, I previously work with companies like MTNSA, Taxi scrapping administrator and SA Taxi finance within their customer service department, for MTNSA and Taxi scrapping administrators I was working within their call centre environment and my duties includes assisting agent with difficult clients and writing reports and meeting with management for report presentations. At SA Taxi Finance I was meeting with stakeholder to motivate payment on their installments and seeking new client, compiling report for management on weekly and monthly basis. Arranging and attending meeting with taxi associations to assist with statements and insurance quieries.

I have worked in different events including the SA Sports wards, National recreation day, Regional annual sports awards. I have worked with different personnel and we worked well together and know that given a chance I will be able to work well with the team I will be assigned to. I have gained experience over the years and working in events help me to build relationships with different members within the event industry and gained lot of experience in exchanging work with I will be glad if I can be considered for this position.
