Excellent learning experience

• Attending to customer queries regarding POD’s, PO’s and Credit Notes • Attending to emails and phone calls requests from customers for copies of invoices and statements • Updating of monthly selling prices on Evo • Preparation of monthly price list – only required to consolidate various price sheets into one worksheet • Filing of customer/supplier invoices • Assisting with account reconciliations / reporting, when required

Pros: Great opportunity for experience
Cons: Prioritize sales staff only

Excellent learning curve

My current occupation is a Voip /RMA Technician, I am really enjoying challenges that comes with my job. In my current occupation I learn everyday and there is a lot of growth in the telecommunications field, combined with the IT Support experience I have, it will enhance my experience and open a lot of doors for me

Pros: Most definitely great opportunity to work for my current employer as you are required to do training and get certified, as a distributor we get information, wether it be videos, pdf or webinars, we get exclusive information that end users will probably never or even get their hands on
Cons: Working for long hours, at times having to stay behind to complete work staff
