Excellent learning curve

-Check-in guests -do bookings for guests -check emails and respond to emails -Answer phone calls -Do postings on guest rooms which are booked for by companies -prepare invoices for guests -ensuring at all times all guests in-house are comfortable -Setting up breakfast area -I have a very good relationship with all my co-workers, we get along very well -have learnt the importance to at all times to give a client my best service. learnt/improved my communication skill(directly and over the phone). learnt the importance of doing my job efficiently. Enjoy most meeting different clients, and the ability to learn from them especially on how to communicate with them, and building relationships with clients, which makes my job easier for when the clients visits the company again, and that makes the client feel special and always wants to come back. - honestly there aren't any challenging aspects.

Pros: Opportunity to learn how to communicate and give excellent service to clients
Cons: no opportunity for promotion,long hours

Excellent learning curve

typical work day - checking guest in and out - making bookings - responding to emails - answering calls - makin quotations - Filing - direct client service Relationship with co-workers I'm generally a peoples person, I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. we work well together, get along very well and have built friendships with some of my co workers. What have I learnt - Most importantly my communication, and client service has improved - I have learnt on working under pressure, I'm the kind of person that is not afraid to wear different hats, as that helps me to improve in many aspects. What I enjoy the most
