Learning to deal with different behaviors in different ways

Im a kind of a person who is ego to learn more by accepting challenge. I like new challenge different and sharing Ideas along with my team and colleagues around work environment. I'm a humble and respecting person who always avoid something that gonna hurt someone else. I like to be heard when I share my own point of view on something.

Pros: I like to be promoted because it encourages me on my work
Cons: I like long working hours as long my employer gonna do me right on month ends only.
