Excellent customer service knowledge

I have to say that, I am quite inclined with your company`s success and growth, it’s a clear sign of a way forward! Such rate of success requires candidates which are customer orientated indeed and fast problem solvers. I solve pains which are arise from irate customers with fast call resolution, data handling/capturing, administration duties such as faxes, e-mailing and sales calls. My previous experience at Europ Assistance included client query resolutions, escalations of complaints, sales, administration and coaching consumers. I have been tackling these duties for the past 2 years 7 months. Which assisted in increasing our client base to a more reputable company?! I have appended detailed curriculum vitae regarding my knowledge and experience, should you require further supporting documents regarding my further qualifications I shall provide as per request. Excellent learning curve.

working for EA is nice but its exhasting as you dont see any growth let alone change in salary . the company is getting all the recongnition but we still stuck in the same salary band.

Know what your reasons you are there at work

come in greet almost everyone, turn my PC on log onto my phone check my emails as our work derives from emails I have a healthy and good relationship with my co workers learnt not to trust everyone... but also learnt that as a team you can conquer more much more efficient I make the most of any work and the most challenging part if my job is not being appreciated

Fun Environment

It's fun and ver strict you work has to be done to the best of your ability and 1st call resolution is expected and has to be executed. The team leaders are always willing to provide you with information if you don't understand but we hardly see management as they are base in a different building and sometimes we need them to reassure their employees that every thing is going to be alright.

Team of 6 shift workers in Personal Health Advice dept Mnage all crisi calls Symptom related illness / triage/ referrals/ home care CPR emergency advice Pre arrival calls of emergent conditions eg diabetic coma/ injuries/ maternal related ie deliveries/ abortions/ Poison centre advice re snake bites/detergent ingestion/ bereavement / rape/ hijacking/depression counseling/ General Health advice/ debriefing following a traumatic event

Pros: like to be perfect in my job

Job entails telephonic emergency care/medical info/ counseling any crisis/ drug info/ poison info/ symtom info / Nil possible growth ie promotion/ nil current hands on experience/ night duty/ shift work / weekends / holidays /bonus if company feels it has made a profit/ nil opportunities offwered for further study / or accomodating one for study time/ are a few cons of the vacancy/ Nil bonus given for current year / as management felt profit of company not adequate/ Enjoytelephonic interaction with people in order to assist/ however long for the face to face contact and see people improve / Telephonic instructive resuscitation is a challenge / working ot symptoms also broadens ones thinking/ unable to see the condition is challenging /

Cons: SHIFT WORK/ NIGHT DUTY/ WEEKENDS/ PUBLIC HOLIDAYS / NO EXTRA OVERTIME COMPENSATION
