Very customer service orientated environment.

A very challenging job where things are always changing. You need to stay in the moment to navigate yourself through the day. A strong team of individuals help make this easy. Seeing customers happy is most rewarding for me.

I am no longer challenged, no room for growth or promotion

Managing my customers, collection of overdue payments. Follow up on queries with customer care / branches. I generally get along with everyone. I most enjoy pushing myself to exceed and excel collection targets and to get my DSO under 34

Pros: close to home
Cons: I do not enjoy the blatant favouritism hat has developed in our department over the last year
