I've learned to use On base and impress systems,the staff are good people to work with they are always willing to assist in whaever you want help with,the management is good and very helpful most of the time,the team leader is easily accessible and approachable and willing to assist whenever one need help,I enjoy working with the colleagues as they are good people to work with and the company is the company to work for,the one challenging aspect of the job is that sometimes the work load is too much bt not difficult to do if you push yourself harder

Job Content: • Business Analysis: o Workshops with users / stakeholders / business owners to determine requirements for projects or initiatives. o JAD sessions with users / stakeholders / business owners to determine and finalize documentation. o Generation of business functional specifications and business requirement specifications. o Presentation of specification documentation to users / stakeholders / business owners. o Submission of change requests o Helping developers understand specifications and help with analyzing code in order to suggest changes/additions. o Generation of use-cases and test cases. o Assistance with testing and test analysis. o Scheduling / monitoring SIT and UAT phases.

Learning more about ERP systems
Operations is a huge part of the business and all other systems and processes are geared toward supporting that operations. The financial business analyst is not an analyst so much as a support and maintenance "person", so the post of Senior Business Analyst is not as glamorous and/or accurate as expected in the industry.

Rental agent for Europcar Kimberley Airport since 2010; transferred to Bfn Airport Jan 2016.
Working for Europcar was at times stressfull, very busy but very satisfying. At times I had to cope with bookings that were wrongly entered onto the system by Customer service, bookings not loaded as well as late bookings when the fleet on that day was nearly depleted. But I managed to make it work and sort out my clients with ease, comfort and a smile on my face.

Not the Business Analyst position that was required in the interview.
A work day consisted of running around and sorting out error and hassles, rather than getting the fixes into the system. The system was badly deployed and the vendor was not interested in making the changes to get the system working as they had promised. My co-workers and I had a great relationship where we could discuss problems and leverage off experiences to solve the problems at hand. Friendly and dedicated people who took their work seriously. I built up experience with Sage X3 and met new new people from an industry that I didn't know much about. Most challenging aspects were the indecision and failure to act from executive ad middle management. Favoritism also played a huge roll and stifled a lot of good work and good ideas.

Workerholic outspoken person,
Good working relationship with co-workers,Team player,Dedicated,Outspoken,None smoker,Person with sober minded Enjoy the challenge as it bring growth,Have learnt that as a person I have to be accountable Enjoy each and every day off my work as i spend 95% time with my co-worker Can be able to work extra long hours and public holidays in order to meet the draw lines
Pros: Will grab with two hands if there is an oportunity in the organisation

Excellent learning Curve
Typical work day- we have two shifts, 6am - 2pm,and 2pm - 22pm,if u do morning shift,at the end of your shift u are allowed to join trip drivers team, delivering cars Frm town to town,Frm province to province, so my job is very challenging.

Good working spirit among fellow workers and management.
At least I learned so many things from the company and fellow employees. Good communication among others. Recommending my manager to the high level of good leadership and friendliness.
Pros: I'm a well disciplined individual who believes in working to satisfy my client or customer. I enjoy satisfying my client and I try very hard to make sure that my customers are getting what they deserve. I also influence my colleagues to make our clients are getting
Cons: I don't mind working long hours as long at the end of the day my client got suppose to be done.

Excellent and team work it's always priority to good leadership.
Able to work hard and anytime I can start working if I got this job.communication,team work it's my best weapon to conquer all job .I always do my job to my level best,my focus is to grow within the company and relocate nationally and internationally,which will make my work experience to more valuable in future for better tomorrow of company's future.passion with what i'am doing and I don't discriminate against anyone sorrounding me.I admire to deliver the best of my rest that will lead me to my solution or my review .
