Offered good experience for entrepreneurial and self driven exposure

Good company, but cultural difference being a Portuguese owned company, Generally relationship with co-workers is good but the language barrier is a significant and often affects how the employees interact. It is a good company for the exposure it has given me as I started the subsidiary from scratch which was challenging and yet rewarding.
