My organisation is more effective on continuous improvement because there are always changes which are planned and made. There are always introducing new strategies to make the production to run smoothly and perfectly. For example, last year there was several changes in the production department which are now working accordingly.

The culture is excellent

Etion Create is a great company to work for,They treat everyone with respect.i have learnt to work in a group and under pressure.I enjoyed working in different departments learning different things everyday.the most challenging aspects is when the delivery date arrive and we did not finish doing the job.

Pros: opportunities for promotion are less
