Good working environments

Good day I am a passionate, dedicated and hardworking person with the ability to learn anything also unafraid of facing new challenges. Pros: Not really. There's no room for growth
Cons: Working long hours when is neccessary, like to complete projects due date.

Slow growth process and financial stability due to no benefits and limited increase.

A the company is not too bigand the growth is nit that high speed. Also tgere are no benefits and it makes it a bit difficult to see your success. I've learnt to never relax and keep pushing if there's no opening for growth and financial stability
