Work environment

The environment is similar to a call center. You get calls from the end users when they need help. Also by logging a call. The incidents vary from printer issues to AD issues e.g. password resets and creation of users. My co workers are fine to work with .Our department consists of 3 people I guess that's why we get along.Ive learnt mostly on a personal capacity on how to deal with people in manageral positions.

Pros: Good relationship with co workers
Cons: No opportunity for promotion

Excellent learning curve

Nursing care for critical ill patient adult and children Patient in inatropes ,ventilated . Interpret ABG's, ECG interpretation Tpn administration, blood transfusion Administration of medication all routes Liase with relatives on patient care Drs rounds Supervision of subordinate Assist health disciplinary team members

Pros: Great opportunity for managerial skill
Cons: Working in critical care unit
