Challenging many patients no staff. conditions unhygienic

I have 23 years of admin medical experience at municipal clinic The services have increased. The queues are long. I'm the only person at reception and help desk. It's challenging. I love my work. But I also require assistance. It's an issue to take any form of leave. Sick or vacation leave. I don't blame my manager. It's the circumstances. I love my patients. I find that the ARV clinic is my most favourite. The patients are really awesome .

The clinic offers primary health cares services. Its great working with health staff. The clinic is always busy. Patients are ill. Social status not good. I love my job but workingalone with no help is challenging This effects leave and time off. I love the ARV patients most

The clinic has queues from as early as 5am Patient queues long. Impossible to take a break Staff shortages No relief if I'm on leave Love my work. ARV clinic is tops My colleagues are awesome. All have a passion for health

Based at a health facility interacting with the ill patient.front desk is challenging together with other admin duties We have a good team in place A positive attitude makes everything possible Gratitude of patients Shortage of staff is a challenge

Advancement in the Accounting field

My key functions were cash balancing and reconciliations for the entire Municipality. I was responsible for balancing 42 bank accounts daily and enjoyed working in a challenging and pressurized work environment. I was offered the opportunity to be multi skilled within the department.
