Excellent computer skills, communication skills and a fast learner

I think I am good in this position because I am unique, independant women with a good communication and computer skills, I deal with customers telephonically and face to face in my current job. I put more effort on all my task that I have been given and I can work under pressure so that I complete my job, dealing with numbers I am so accurate. So I am going to do a good job because I have an experience in accounts clerk,customer services/consultation, debt collection,and invoicing operator plus I have a ND: Credit Management

I have an extensive background on customer service,team leader and supervisory.

It a company contracted for etolls. And is rqn by an overseas company. Unfortunately the government has decide to put out a tender for thi administration of the tolling. The downside side of it is that the jobs are contrqcts that may be terminated at anytime so yhere is no stability within the company.

I have 5 yrs exp in admin currently working for a company called ETC.I'm 29 yrs of age and staying in Johannesburg and. I'm holding a certificate in call centre admin. She has worked within the insurance industry and a parastatal handling payroll and human resources with the head count of between 500 to 3500 employees, recruitment , full payroll function , benchmarking , employee relations, performance management and full function of a human resources business partner. She has been involved in company transformation process and human resources strategic planning and implementation in a multi national and multi cultures company , She has worked on different payroll and human resources systems including VIP premier and people, working on an outsourced payroll dealing with service level agreements and an in-house payroll preparing EXCO reports.

Fast learner

We started in we were use a program that we were the first company to use in the country it was very hard to learn but we had the best teachers I would like to work for this company cause I know that I can learn everything that it's new which is given to me and I am a hard worker and I can over come many problems I face the is always changes so I'm not new to change and I can handle change very well I enjoy the environment and the people I work with we make a good team the is a lot of team work we are more like a family now and we understand each other

Customer service

My job is mainly to manage the office. Look after the resources of the company. To attend to customer complaints. I have a great relationship with my staff. I like to motivate them (I love interacting with people ). One major thing I have learnt in my company is not to take customers anger and complaints personally. I win them over by empathizing with them. I love solving customers quiries it gives me a sense of fulfillment. The most challenging thing is when I really can't help the customer. Like when the process or system doesn't allow me to.
