Company pays poorly, no perks / benefits like Medical, Provident Fund etc. There is a high staff turnover - no motivation and or leadership. Completely a sales driven company

Excellent learning opportunity in manufacturing company.

company does not focus much on customer services at all. Little or no growth opportunities Little or no proper training is provided when recruiting new staff. No transparency with management and other staff.
