Attention to detail

I keep a healthy communication relation with my colleagues at all times. There are challenges but I try to honour my duties as expected and I meet deadlines. I enjoy solving problems. I always come with a solution when having challenges. It makes me happy to achive at the end of the day. I learnt that you need to be calm and polite at all times no matter how a situation is to be able to get a solution or conclusion. Dealing with community is challenging because sometimes they don't understand terms and conditions, polies we have to follow. You need to find a way to explain tothem a d make yhem understand.

Pros: There is no room for improvement where I was working that is why I'm trying for other opportunities else where.
Cons: I am flexible to work extra hours when a need arise.

Good learning

I've learned much more about working with different people and with different department also learned more experience about handling patients with their needs.and usually attending some interviews as a scraiber and do some observations in some cases with labour department,doing training and giving out busaries with hr practices

A need to improve

I have learnt a lot working for Estcourt Hospital. It is now time to move on and get more experience that will upgrade my skills and knowledge. I know everything about my institution now since I'm woking with management. There are no challenges anymore. I think new job will be more intersting.

Pros: There is no room for improvement. New job is a solution
Cons: I'm used in working overtime

My stay in Estcourt

Collaboration is the best Vertical communication has never been good Salaries poor Day to day I can say it was fair The resources are short making it difficult to work profitably but we try I enjoy day to day inservice teachings to revive skills

Pros: I service trainings daily
Cons: Long working hours, staff shortage no equipment
