Excellent opportunity to learn

Essops home has been a wonderful experience for me to learn... They look after their staff and pay decent. A day at essops as a manager was to over see delivery schedules, customer relations, staff etiquette, staff time in and out... Sales being done correctly with correct information given... Also instilling positive energies in the enviroment. I've learnt that at work.. it's just work. Nothing personal. And at work... Leave personal at hme.what I enjoy most about working at Essops home is the sales target and making sure I hit it based on a store level and not personal!

Pros: Great comms and incentives
Cons: Lots of things are perosnal from above

Cons: Long hours, no family or personal time, continuous salary issues and no support
