I'm a team player and a hard worker

On my previous work I worked with different people with different ages and I enjoyed working with them. When I work I put all my effort and I am a hard worker I can work under pressure given a target or not

Pros: The amount of work doesn't correspond with the salary I was earning
Cons: I can work long hours and I can work overtime if needed

Individual growth

I've worked at Essilor for 4 years and I have worked myself up from Junior level to Senior level in the branch. I am capable of working on all the admin departments. I am the only staff member who is capable of doing that, even above the branch manager. I am considered to be the 2nd in charge, however, I could be the branch manager as I know far more about the daily tasks.

Pros: December bonus
Cons: Working hours, staff morale is low, manager of no help to staff, future of company or branch uncertain

Loved working in a tram sharing ideas and facing new challenges each day.great company indeed and it offer new challenges n teach us about any new product .we were well informed.
