Main duties include: handling of petty cash, invoicing, capturing of debtors and creditors invoices on pastel, manual entry of the cash book, reconciling of debtors, creditors and all other accounts, receipting payments, issuing of all cheque payments and reconciling of salaries and wages, issuing all creditors payments including vat and emp201, municipality bills amongst many other duties. Complete control of all debtors and creditors. Processing of payment on Standard Bank and The South African Bank Athens.

Execellent learning curve

Dealing with debtors and creditor's on a daily basis. Sorting out hr issues. Doing all other company payments. Reconciliation of cash books.paying salaries.
