No Technical details, all to be learned by exposure

Good company with great potentialbut is limmited due to management holding back on skills and knowledge due to a fear if info leaving company. Instead a little more flexibility will go a long way to ensure employ loyalty.

Poor staff treatment, the owner of the company is a bully they don't know how to treat staff members, you stressed everyday, you get bullied everyday and there are no benefits
