Installation of HDPE, Concrete&PVC pipes and constructuion of underground structure/facilities
I am a passionate Mechanical Engineering Technician from Tshwane University of Technology currently working for Esor construction Kusile Power Station, who is willing to be part of a dynamic company like yours. It is always been a dream of mine to engage myself in this field and such an environment. I’m a hard working individual who is prepared to work hard towards the opportunity that I might be given at company. I pride myself on and have developed my Interpersonal skills while I enjoy taking the initiative, I believe that I am also a good team member willing to learn any new programs and obtain experience in this field. I would also make a productive contribution to an organisation such as yours as I did on my previous companies . Excellent learning curve
My workplace I is always a busy place Since the is pressure that we get from the client to finish up, we often work extra hours in order to accelerate as the client required. There is good communication between co-workers, those in higher and lower management. Which makes it a reliable place to learn if you are still new in the industry.I have been in three different sites of this company and have learnt a lot. From measurement of daily quantities, calculating daily costing, updating daily register, updating daily diaries, carrying out quality control inspections for pipelines, road earthworks and asphalt, controlling asphalt spread rates and reinforced concrete inspections and placing site data according to drawing locations and data capturing and administration. I enjoyed the quality control work most.Regardless of the fact that it has too much pressure.

Fast learner
very fast learner enjoy working under pressure never procrastinate enjoy challenging deadlines & work load great at supervising people Daily Cashflow are extremely challenging , and trying to prioritize supplier payments Maintaining and managing the company's fixed asset registers , was a huge learning curve for me

30 years experions in construction as foreman , site agent and MAnager.
A typical work day started at 7h00 in the morning with tool box talks and discussions on risk assessments on jobs specifics. To work on a project is to have a great relationship with co workers in all positions. I have learned that to respect co workers and working together save time and money to the company and industry .

WORKING AT ESOR CONSTRUCTION HAS MADE ME MORE OF AN ALL ROUNDER IN CONSTRUCTION HSE MANAGEMENT
AT ESOR CONSTRUCTION, I WAS SHEQ MANAGER IN CHARGE OF 8 PROJECT IN ZIMBABWE AND ONE PROJECT IN BOTSWANA. THESE PROJECTS INCLUDED BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, CIVIL WORKS PROJECTS, AND SPECIALIZED CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. MY WORK INVOLVED PLACING HSE PERSONNEL ON THOSE SITES (SHEQ OFFICERS), SUPERVISING THOSE SITE SHEQ OFFICERS, CONDUCTING AUDITS AND ENSURING THAT CORPORATE SHEQ OBJECTIVES ARE MET IN COMPLIANCE WITH CORPORATE SHEQ SYSTEM. AT ESOR I WAS EXPOSED TO VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION SPECIALITIES SUCH AS PILING WORKS, SHOTCRETING, PIPEJACKING, GUNITING AND DEVELOPED HSE SYSTEMS FOR EACH OF THOSE SPECIALITITES. Good experienced company
Ive been working for ESOR since 2011 until today. Ive been involved in lot of projects where we made billions in short period of time without any injuries or death of people. I make sure we all adhere all health and safety regulations and we meet target of the day before end of the shift. Im working under pipe jacking department where we always working in confined space and should make sure i do right things all the time. i make sure every employee is on time with full PPE. I make sure we remove hazards on our working environment and valid documents are filled in before and after shift
