I'm excellent with solutions, I work smarter not harder.

a Typical work day consist of pro-active planning depending on the deadlines ahead. Also to ensure all individual staff's time and workload management is sufficient to ensure we commit to deadlines set. Assist and teaching each team member to raise and close out all troubleshooting that causes restrictions. I've learnt that training and teaching of subordinates not only consists in making time once, but that it's an ongoing exercise to ensure they understand what needs to be done to carry out their task at hand. I enjoy seeing people grow, and exceed expectations by having the urge and will to better themselves, by continual progression no matter what the task may be. Most challenging I would say is to be ready and almost pro-active for unforeseen circumstances, and tackle the task all the way through to completion, despite time at hand.

Pros: I'm young, creative and optimistic with all tasks I take one and victoriously conquer.
Cons: Long hours if I don't get paid over time ofcourse

I'm an excellent problem solver, and are passionate about any task I take ownership of

I’m am an very dedicated and loyal worker, especially when I take ownership of tasks at hand, to ensure deadlines are adhered to and committed as per normal client expectations. I tend to go through the necessary growth paints to ensure any problem, no matter how huge or significant is resolved, not only in timeous manner, but by getting all shortcuts in place for effective and faster outcome. We need to work smarter, not necessarily harder. My goal is progression in any aspect of my life, especially my career. To ensure growth to my whole team, as you’re only as strong as your weakest member. And to better any system or process currently implemented, as I have the creative thinking it requires to do. I’m also the only breadwinner and single mother of 2, which means that I will do whatever it takes to ensure they have an effective future despite my lack in plan B aka a husband.

Pros: Knowledge is power - and I love learning new skills
Cons: Long hours if I don't get paid over time ofcourse
