Eg. Great place to start at and grow

a typical day would be working with breakdowns on the floor check machine cycle rate reviewing the report and help improve production. I try to keep an open relationship with the employees and co workers so they feel comfortable to ask me for help. Close but firm. That nothing comes easy and not everything will come out as predicted but push till satisfaction. Seeing success in my implementations and giving my employees credit where it is due. Having to solve a problem by find a root cause that entails something you dont understand eg insides of machinery and they have to explain till i undestand.

The most challenging part is waking up each day to meet different challenges,Thou the working environment is good ,safe and healthy too.myvcoleaques,machine OPERATOR and supervisors are thecones giving me a courage each day to perfom my duties with pride.

Excellent learning curve

I'm a general forward thinker and I love working with people who actually love making hard work look easy. I have sharpened my leadership skills, I didn't go telling people do something they know I wouldn't do, I prove myself first and include them to work with me, that helps me understand them and gives me the chance to show them how I like things to be done

Excellent learning on how to handle products and how to take care the store

A typical work day when I get to work I start by checking the old stock if it's the on the floor .. if the is I take them out and do a mark down which was to change the price of the product .
